Fundraise

Are you ready to make a significant impact? There are countless ways to raise funds and organize events that not only engage your community but also support families and communities in Kenya. From organising an event at home or work, asking for donations in lieu of gifts, or getting your local school or church involved, every action, no matter how small, contributes to making a difference.

Below are a few ideas to get you started.

Organise an event

We’re grateful for anybody who can support Jabori Foundation by hosting their own fundraising event. The possibilities are endless, by hosting a simple coffee morning, organising a table top sale or even a ticketed event, you can generate vital funds and raise awareness of the charity and the needs of families in Kenya.

Additionally, you can invite a trustee to speak at your event. Their insights can inspire others to join with support and deepen their understanding of the charity's impact.

We'd love to hear from you if you are planning a fundraising event so we can give as much support as possible.

Sponsored challenge

Why not take on a challenge and ask family, friends and work colleagues to sponsor your efforts. Whether it's a marathon, a bake-off, or a cycling event, your efforts can motivate others to support the charity and help raise awareness of the needs of families in Kenya.

Themed fundraising

Involve your workplace, local school or community group in a fundraising initiative. Organising a Kenyan themed day, for example, is a great opportunity for people to learn more about life in Kenya whilst raising awareness and vital funds for a good cause.

Set up a Birthday Fundraiser on Facebook

If you use Facebook, then shortly before your birthday you will be invited to set up a Birthday Fundraiser to collect donations from family and friends for a cause of your choice. Why not choose Jabori Foundation and turn personal celebrations into opportunities for giving.
